Job Description: 1、Act in a responsible, courteous manner with the appropriate levels of cultural sensitivity during all interactions with colleagues, suppliers and contractors;
2、Support Senior Sourcing Manager and Manager Supply & Contracts as required;
3、Leads development and execution of category management and sourcing strategies, which align with business and stakeholder priorities and requirements;
4、Develops and leads cross-functional teams in purchasing strategy development and negotiations;
5、Undertakes due diligence in mitigating all external supply risk from supplier selection and MPA management;
6、Identification and confirmation of the required level of expediting and logistics coordination depending on the nature of purchases;
7、Deliver robust cost management and minimizes business risk;
8、Maintain relationships with site and internal groups and co-ordinate activities in a controlled manner;
9、Provide gatekeeper function for key sourcing and purchasing strategies and activities;
10、Identify and escalate purchasing related problems;

About you: Category management and strategic sourcing;
In-depth knowledge of emerging and low cost sourcing markets;
Sourcing tools and processes;
Well-developed scheduling and planning skills, deadline focussed;
Uncompromising on Ethical, Safety and Environment standards being met;
Microsoft suite of tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc);
An effective communicator with peers – written and verbal;
English and Chinese language。
Significant tactical and strategic sourcing expertise across Asia in Mining, Processing, or a related environment;
Understanding of end to end purchasing activities and best practices Knowledge and understanding of Company and site policies and procedures;
At least 10 years in Procurement 5+ year within the resource industry, preferably in China。
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills;
Demonstrated business acumen。
