On the morning of March 1st, Mr. Paul Harris, the COO of Chifeng Gold, and Mr. Gao Bo, the director, vice president of Chifeng Gold, and chairman of LXML, met and discussed with Mr. Phosay Sayasone, the Minister of Energy and Minerals of Laos. Mr. Zhou Xinbing, vice president of Chifeng Gold, and vice general manager of LXML, and Mr. Saman Aneka, vice general manager of LXML attended the meeting.

Mr. Paul Harris first briefed Mr. Phosay Sayasone on the development status of LXML, the investment in Savannakhet Province in recent years, and the progress of rare earth projects. Next, Mr. Gao Bo conveyed to Mr. Phosay Sayasone Chifeng Gold's willingness to continue in-depth cooperation with the Lao government. Mr. Gao Bo said that as a growing international mining company, Chifeng Gold has always considered LXML Sepon as an extremely important asset, and attaches great importance to the development of LXML. In the future, Chifeng Gold will continue to increase the development of gold, copper, rare earth, and other resources in Laos. Mr. Gao Bo thanked the Ministry of Energy and Minerals for its years of support of LXML and looked forward to continuing to carry out mutually beneficial cooperation with the Lao government in the future.

Mr. Phosay Sayasones welcomed the visit of the new management team of LXML. He fully affirmed the rapid growth of LXML in recent years and the contributions to Laos, especially to Savannakhet Province. He believed that LXML would definitely achieve better performance under the leadership of the new management.
