For the next step, Gao Bo put forward seven requirements. Third, the team members should work together to advance the ventilation shaft project. Fourth, it is required to establish the duty system of dispatching command center, and properly carry out overall dispatching command of underground and underground production and handle emergency events such as fire prevention of tailings pond. Fifth, it is required to vigorously promote and implement informatization work. Sixth, it is required to always pay attention to the changes of various business indicators of the Company and production units, make timely business analysis and give timely feedback, and provide sufficient basis for the formulation of the next business plan.
