As the dawn of 2025 breaks, I am filled with immense gratitude and pride as I extend my highest respect to all the dedicated individuals of Chifeng Gold. Together, we look back on the extraordinary achievements of the past year and confidently envision the grand blueprint for the year ahead.

The year 2024 was a milestone in Chifeng Gold’s history.

Throughout the year, we continued to advance management reforms and institutional development while optimizing our international footprint, taking steady strides toward the forefront of the global gold market. Thanks to the relentless efforts of our team, we once again set new records and achieved remarkable progress in ESG development, risk management, and our overseas listing process.

Over the past year, differing opinions in our work never wavered our mutual respect. Challenges and setbacks did not deter us from striving for better. Global conflicts could not diminish our passion for life. It is precisely this resilience that enabled us to overcome obstacles and achieve new milestones amidst adversity.

We have consistently maintained high standards and strict requirements for safe production, ensuring stable operations across our domestic and international mines. Our overseas mines have repeatedly won top safety management awards in their respective countries. Domestically, the Liaoning Wulong Gold Mine and Inner Mongolia Jilong Mining have exceeded expectations in their performance, Wulong Mine signed a cooperation agreement with the Dandong municipal government for large-scale exploration and development, while Jilong Mine initiated a partnership with the Aohanqi government to explore surrounding areas, creating new opportunities for resource growth. Ghana’s Wassa Mine achieved record-high production capacity, and Laos’ Sepon Mine made significant breakthroughs in mineral processing optimization and prospecting discoveries in exploration. These accomplishments underscore the exceptional execution capabilities of the Chifeng Gold team.

The year 2025 marks a time of opportunity and growth. With the bright outlook of the gold market, we will embrace a broader perspective and take decisive steps to improve production efficiency and expand our business footprint. As we advance in our overseas dual-listing journey, we will further enhance international management capabilities and intensify investments in exploration and automation, establishing a strong foundation for achieving higher-quality sustainable development.
