On November 5(th), a four-member delegation headed by Chen Meixia, the vice-president of Weifang Vocational College, visited LXML of Chifeng Gold and held a discussion meeting with Zhou Xinbing, VP of Chifeng Gold and DGM of LXML, carrying out in-depth exchanges over the provision of vocational and technical training services by vocational colleges in China. Upon the authorization by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation of the Ministry of Education of China, the opening ceremony for “Chinese Language Workshop” and “Luban-Mozi College” was held in LXML.
The discussion meeting focused on ways of using the education resources boasted by vocational and technical colleges in China to provide customized language, cultural and technical training for LXML employees. The Chinese Language Workshop will offer Chinese language and culture courses to LMXL employees to improve their communication efficiency with Chifeng Gold Headquarters in China while the Luban-Mozi College will be dedicated to mining technical and safety training to elevate employees’ operational skills and safety awareness.
Chen Meixia, Vice President of Weifang Vocational College, promised high-quality technical training for LXML by tapping into their strength in vocational education. Zhou Xinbing, DGM of LXML, believed that the opening of the Chinese Language Workshop and Luban-Mozi College in Laos would enhance cooperation between the two parties, help LXML employees with their personal and career growth and promote industrial collaboration between China and Laos.
The opening ceremony officially kicks off the cooperation between the two parties. Such a cooperation mechanism will make possible the provision of more systematic and professional skill training for LMXL employees so as to develop talents of sophisticated skills and high competence and boost in-depth exchanges between Chinese and Lao cultures.
