On January 26, Chifeng Gold awarded a special project bonus of RMB 1 million to Liu Jin and other managers and related employees of Wulong Mining's 3000 tons/day concentrator construction project team. It is used to reward Wulong Mining for successfully completing the construction of a 3000 tons/day concentrator at the end of last year, and commissioning the 1300-ton series at the beginning of January this year, which is 6 months ahead of the planned commissioning time.
Supervise the site to optimize the engineering design and progress
As a municipal key construction project in Dandong and a key project in Chifeng Gold's "Three-year Development Plan", Wulong Mining's 3000 tons/day concentrator project has been highly valued and strongly supported by governments at all levels and relevant departments since its construction, and Chifeng Gold has invested a lot of capital and technical force. Since the start of construction, the project team headed by Liu Jin, the Person in Charge, has been stationed in the on-site office day and night, solving the on-site technology and the problems existing in the construction of each contractor at any time, and rapidly advancing the construction progress.
During the civil construction, the project team held a weekly on-site dispatching meeting to analyze the completion of the planned project progress this week, and at the same time worked out the project progress plan for next week, thus ensuring that the whole civil engineering project was carried out according to the overall planned progress. During the parallel operation of civil engineering and equipment installation, the project team held a daily summary meeting and coordination meeting every afternoon to develop the process arrangement of each type of work in time, so that the whole project can be carried out in an orderly and rapid manner.
In order to make the beneficiation process more realistic and smoother, for problems such as the inconformity of civil engineering design with the site, and the inconformity of equipment installation design with the actual production situation, the project team adhered to the principle of saving time and cost in construction, actively communicated with the design institute, and successively made more than 30 changes in process optimization, civil engineering and equipment installation.
In April 2021, Lisen Construction Company, which undertook civil engineering, entered the construction site. Liu Jin, the Person in Charge of the project, organized coordination meetings for many times, and finally reached a consensus that the project team and the construction organization worked together, merged into one, and cooperated to rapidly advance the civil construction progress.
Keep improving and pay close attention to project cost and quality
From May to September, 2021, copper, steel, cement, glass and other materials increased in price after the signing of equipment purchase contract and civil engineering contract, equipment manufacturers and civil engineering contractors required to increase the comprehensive unit price of equipment and civil engineering. With the support and coordination of Gao Bo, the General Person in Charge, Liu Jin, the Person in Charge of the project, led the professional and technical personnel to negotiate and communicate with the other party for many times based on the principle of "reducing costs and ensuring quality", and finally implemented according to the original contract.
The project team reasonably arranged the equipment and self-purchased materials plan, gave priority to purchasing equipment and materials with long delivery period, ensured timely entry for installation as planned, and orderly arranged the equipment and self-purchased materials to enter the site, which not only ensured the installation progress, but also avoided secondary transportation and saved some expenses. In terms of equipment installation, the materials were purchased by themselves, which saved a certain amount of money. Especially during the equipment installation, an equipment installation technician was urgently needed. In order to save money, Liu Jin and Liu Yongjun personally took on the job and successfully completed the work tasks.
In order to strictly control the quality, the members of the project team and the supervision department implemented the work division and individual responsibility, strictly controlled the quality of construction materials and construction, and dealt with unqualified sub-items such as shutdown, rework and fines as agreed in the contract. Once the unqualified sub-item is found, it would be dealt with.
The most important thing is safety management coordination and epidemic prevention and control
In the whole construction stage, especially when civil engineering, steel structure and equipment installation are carried out at the same time, there are many cross operations, parallel operations and aerial operations. In addition to arranging full-time safety officers, each project team member is a part-time safety officer, and the responsibilities are assigned to people in different sections, thus ensuring "zero occurrence" of safety accidents.
During the construction of the project, in view of the characteristics of more personnel, miscellaneous personnel and increased mobility in each company, the project team set up full-time personnel to manage the epidemic situation, requiring newcomers entering the construction site in areas without epidemic situation to do nucleic acid testing and filing, and implement an access system; personnel in epidemic and high-risk areas are strictly prohibited from entering the mining area.
With the full cooperation and hard work of the project team members, the 3000 tons/day concentrator was completed and commissioned six months ahead of schedule, which provided a strong support and guarantee for Wulong Mining to achieve the goal of "building a large mine and increasing scale".
