On October 31, Chifeng Gold convened its second extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of 2025 in Beijing, successfully completing the election of a new board of directors. On the same day, the Company held the first meeting of its ninth Board of Directors, during which the Chairman and Vice Chairmen were elected, and a new senior management team was appointed.

According to the election and appointment results, the members of the ninth Board of Directors are as follows:

l Executive Director and Chairman: Mr. Wang Jianhua

l Executive Directors and Vice Chairmen: Mr. Gao Bo, Ms. Lydia Yang, and Mr. Lyu Xiaozhao

l Executive Director: Mr. Zhao Qiang

l Non-Executive Director: Mr. Zhang Xudong

l Independent Directors: Mr. Huang Yiping, Mr. Hu Nailian, Mr. Li Houmin, and Mr. Jiang Qi

The newly appointed senior management team comprises:
