On May 30, Hanfeng Mining held the activity of “helping employees in need” according to the Measures for Implementation of Chifeng Gold Employee Relief Fund. Zhang Bo, chairman of the labor union, and Hu Wanzhong, Deputy General Manager, on behalf of the company, extended condolences to employees Xu Changfu, Hou Ming and Chen Wei, who were in need, and granted them with relief fund.

The relief fund for this activity was withdrawn from Chifeng Gold Employee Relief Fund, which is jointly funded by headquarters executives, headquarters labor union of Chifeng Gold and labor union of Hanfeng Mining in proportion, and is released after application, recommendation and approval in accordance with the Measures for Implementation of Chifeng Gold Employee Relief Fund. The introduction of the Measures for Implementation reflects the symbiotic development concept of Chifeng Gold that “front-line miners are the main creators of the company’s wealth”, “let workers work with dignity”, “all employees must be paid in work, treated in case of disease, and helped in case of difficult”, and “let workers share the development achievements”.
