The First “International Mining Talent Training Course” of Chifeng Gold was launched



On the afternoon of July 1, the second stage of the First “International Mining Talent Training Course” of Chifeng Gold officially started. Chairman Wang Jianhua and Executive President Zhao Qiang attended the opening ceremony. Qu Ting, Manager of Human Resource and Administration Department, introduced the first stage of training. In the first lesson, Wang Jianhua put forward higher goals for the selected trainees. He encouraged trainees to have a more international vision, learn professional language and technology with a more open and pragmatic attitude, and improve their abilities to “go global”. He also asked the Human Resource and Administration Department to continue to focus on the company’s overall strategic direction, select and train talents, drive more employees to make progress together, and train a batch of excellent talents. In this way, they will train a younger reserve team for Chifeng Gold that meets the needs of international development.

The selected trainees include Deputy General Manager in charge of Operation, Deputy Director of Mineral Processing Plant, Statistician of Production Plan, Director of Enterprise Management Department and Manager of Finance Department, etc. After the first stage of online self-study for three months, the average class hours of trainees has reached 60 hours. In addition, their learning effect has exceeded expectations while balancing work and study, and the language ability has generally been rapidly improved.

In the second stage of training, key employees of relevant departments of LXML will develop English courses, including mining, beneficiation and smelting and other professional fields and local culture, etc. Online teaching will enhance students’ in-depth understanding of LXML, and also provide useful exploration and practice for exchanges between the two sides. At the same time, external professional teachers are invited to conduct special business English training through online and offline training to solve the problems encountered by trainees in cross-border work exchanges.



In this class, Souridahak Sakonhninhom, a communication consultant of LXML, made a courseware “Introduction to Lao Culture”, which introduced the general situation and local customs of Laos to trainees in English. All trainees learned the culture of Laos while learning the language, and deepened their understanding of each other, thus laying a solid foundation for the next stage of exchange and study in Laos.
